Séquençage
- Illumina Genome Analyzer IIlectures simples ou lectures de mate-pair avec couverture de 30x ;
- Roche GS FLX (protocole Titanium, lectures simples) avec couverture de 15 à 20x pour une longueur de tag supérieure à 150bp.
Bioinformatique
- Livraison des données brutes (format des données : fasta, qual, sff (GS FLX) ou scarf (GA II)) ;
- Clustering (format des données : fasta ; tableau clustering en xls, graphique ou répartition du clustering en png) ;
- Tableau d’analyse de cartographie (format des données : xls, txt) ;
- Tableau d’analyse BLAST (format des données : xls, txt) ;
- Statistiques bioinformatiques.
