Bioinformatique :
- Livraison des données brutes (format des données : fasta, qual, sff) ;
- Assemblage de novo (utilisation des outils en fonction du projet, format des données : ace)
- Clustering (tableau de répartition des clusters, graphique (format des données : fasta, xls, txt, png) ;
- Tableau de l’analyse BLAST (format des données : xls, txt) ;
- Statistiques bioinformatiques (répartition des contigs et couverture en format pdf ou xls).
