2 Primer walking

Primer Walking   

Single or double strand sequencing by primer walking of plasmids, PCR fragments, BACs, PACs, cosmids or lambda DNA

 

The right service if you need

  • the complete sequence of your insert on one or both strands for verification
  • to have the consensus sequence with high accuracy
  • the assembly of the single reads, i.e. the edited final contig
  • professional expertise in sequence assembly & sequence editing

3 96 well / 384 well sequencing

96 well/384 well 

Sequencing in 96 well or 384 well microtitre plates from 5' or 3' end with either one primer from one side or two primers from both sides using latest ABI-technologies (ABI 3730 XL) 

 

The right service if you need

  • to verify the sequence of your plasmids or PCR fragments or to find out more about genes of interest or to identify new genes (EST sequencing)
  • up to 1.000 nucleotides of your sequences with a success rate of more than 90%
  • a turnaround time of a few working days
