How to order online
1. Register in myGATC
To order our sequencing services you must first register in myGATC in order to open a personal & password-protected myGATC account.
2. Check our sequencing prices
You will find your individual sequencing prices in your myGATC account.
3. Order our sequencing services
Select "my new order" from the navigation bar on the left.
Now simply follow the step-by-step instructions.
You will promptly receive an order confirmation per email.
4. Shipping of your DNA samples
Pack your DNA samples into one GATC Boexle and send it in an envelope to one of our shipping addresses.
5. Download your results from your myGATC account
Download your sequence data from your personal and password-protected myGATC account – anytime and from anywhere. All sequence data are safely archived for a minimum of six months. With practical search functions, e.g. DNA and primer name, WatchBox and Job-No., you can search for specific data.
