Reduce to the max!
Use the new technology for de novo genome sequencing by combining
PacBio RS strobe and standard reads with HiSeq 2000 paired end reads:
Reduce the number of contigs and get the maximum scaffold size
= backbone sequencing with PacBio RS long reads
+ Illumina HiSeq 2000 paired-end reads to get highest data quality
+ scaffolding & contig orientation using PacBio RS strobe reads with flexible insert sizes
+ made-to-measure bioinformatics for optimal results
