CONSERT LAM-PCR sequencing
Sequencing of clones provided by the cooperation partners
Please provide either
- stab cultures of the cloned LAM-PCR products in 96 well microtitre plates, or
- the LAM-PCR products to be cloned by GATC
Please ask for details.
GATC's service
- Cloning of the LAM-PCR products into a TOPO vector system (on request)
- Cultivation of the clones
- Isolation of the plasmid DNA
- Sequencing of the inserts with one primer per 96 well microtitre plate
- Vector & linker trimming
- Uploading data into LAM-PCR database
- Determination of the insertion sites in the genome
- Provide database access for analysis of the results
- Storage of the clones for three months
- Replating of interesting clones for long term storage
- Delivery time: 2 to 5 working days
