Sequencing of clones provided by the cooperation partners

Please provide either

• stab cultures of the cloned LAM-PCR products in 96 well microtitre plates, or
• the LAM-PCR products to be cloned by GATC

Please ask for details.

• Cloning of the LAM-PCR products into a TOPO vector system (on request)
• Cultivation of the clones
• Isolation of the plasmid DNA
• Sequencing of the inserts with one primer per 96 well microtitre plate
• Vector & linker trimming
• Uploading data into LAM-PCR database
• Determination of the insertion sites in the genome
• Provide database access for analysis of the results
• Storage of the clones for three months
• Replating of interesting clones for long term storage
  
  
• Delivery time: 2 to 5 working days
